1. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “TOU”) apply to the website at MediciAI.com (the “Website”), including all subdomains present and future. By accessing, visiting, or using the Website, you agree to these TOU, which govern your use of the Website and the proprietary software system developed by Acuity Capital Partners O/A Medici AI (“Medici AI”) for collecting, analyzing, underwriting, and monitoring business-related data (the “Business Platform”).

The Website is owned and operated by Acuity Capital Partners O/A Medici AI (the “Company” or “Medici AI”). For the purposes of these TOU, “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Medici AI, and references to “you” or “your” refer to the user of the Website and Services.

These TOU, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement (the “Agreement”) that governs your use of the Website and Services.

We reserve the right to modify these TOU at any time without prior notice. Updated TOU will be posted at this URL, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised TOU.

13. Submissions to the Website

All comments, ideas, suggestions, and other materials communicated to us through the Website or forms (jotform.com) linked to (collectively, "Submissions") will become the property of Medici AI. By submitting such materials, you assign to us all rights, title, and interest in those Submissions, including any intellectual property rights, without limitation or compensation.

We are not obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your Submissions unless expressly agreed otherwise or required by law. By submitting materials, you acknowledge and agree that Medici AI may use them for any purpose permitted by law.

The parties confirm their express wish that this Agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

The failure of Medici AI to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in any instance.

18. Third-Party Services

The Services may allow you to access certain services and content provided by third parties ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by the terms and conditions of those third parties, and Medici AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of Third-Party Services.

You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the terms of use applicable to Third-Party Services and for any fees that may result from your access to or use of them.

19. Future Electronic Messages

By creating an Account, you consent to receive electronic communications (email) from Medici AI regarding updates, activities, and promotions related to the Services. Your consent remains valid unless withdrawn, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Medici AI does not sell or share your email address without your permission. You can opt out of future messages through the “unsubscribe” link provided in our emails.

20. IT Security
